The Michigan Charitable Gaming Association along with 11 charities and 3 suppliers filed a motion to attempt to receive a preliminary injunction on the rules.  The hearing has been set by the judge for tomorrow, Friday, May 30th at 1pm at the Hall of Justice in Lansing, MI.  The Court of Appeals now hears cases such as this that have been filed against the state.

It is very important that we have some charities in attendance at this hearing.  Below are the details. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at info@micga.org or 517-977-0614.

Date: Friday, May 30th

Time: 1:00p.m.

Location: Hall of Justice located at the corner of Martin Luther King Blvd. and Allegan St. in Lansing, MI.  There is parking in front of the building (to the east of the building) in a state lot that is open to the public. I believe there is handicap parking there.   You should enter from the front that faces the capitol building.

Please plan to attend.
